Vanguard comes in three different editions: Standard Edition, Cross-Gen Bundle & Ultimate Edition, each having its own set of in-game rewards and other benefits. Here is everything you need to know about the pre-order rewards.
Standard Edition
Unlike the Black Ops Cold War standard edition pre-order, players who pre-order Vanguard will receive a set of rewards and benefits regardless of the edition they order. Players can get a digital standard edition for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for MSRP $59.99. Xbox Series X/S and PS5 players please note, while you can technically order and play this edition of the game, you will be playing the old-gen version via backwards compatibility (i.e. not the next-generation enhanced version). So if you have a PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, you need to get the Cross-Gen Pre-Order as a minimum. Also, the following pre-order rewards are not specific to the standard edition only. They are received if you buy the Cross-Gen Bundle and the Ultimate Edition too.

Call of Duty: Vanguard Open Beta Early Access Instant access to the Night Raid Mastercraft Weapon Blueprint (PPSh-41) in both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Operator Arthur Kingsley Frontline Weapons Pack containing two SMG weapon blueprints - “Shredder” & “Wildwood” available to use in Vanguard and Warzone when the game launches on November 5
Cross-Gen Pre-Order
The Cross-Gen Bundle costs MSRP $69.99 and allows players to play on both current and last-gen consoles, and is also required if you want to play the Xbox Series X/S and PS5 optimised versions of the game on your next-gen console. In this bundle you’ll receive all the Standard Edition bonuses, plus players will also receive five hours of Double Weapons Experience Points for Warzone and Vanguard.
Note that the cross-gen benefits also apply to those who buy the PC version of Vanguard.
Ultimate Edition
The Ultimate Edition is available for MSRP $99.99 and contains some extra rewards to reap when the full game releases. As always, the following rewards are earned in addition to the previously mentioned rewards.
Battle Pass Bundle & 20 Tier Skips Task Force One Pack containing three operator skins & three weapon blueprints. The operator skins are for Lucas, Polina and Wade. The three weapon blueprints are Breacher, Snowstorm and Thunderhead. All three weapon blueprints have orange tracers Five Hours of Double Weapon XP & Five Hours of Double Player XP
Call of Duty: Vanguard is scheduled to release for all platforms, including PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and PC, on November 5, 2021.
